Updates with Filters
PM is calculated by task duration. WO is calculated as work hours per day × overlapping configured workdays in Settings. An overdue open WO continues to count as open demand until completion or a due-date update.

Work Orders

WO · One-Time Work
WO
One-time jobs discovered during an inspection or breakdown. They are included in workload and planning but do not create a future recurring cycle.
Active Work ListAll open scheduled work is shown without selecting a date. The completion date is set automatically when reporting.
Showing: All Trades
Only work scheduled for execution in Work Planning is shown.

Maintenance Team Capacity

Used by Demand vs Capacity in Work Planning. Change it whenever staffing changes — no re-initialization is required.

3 Employees
Default: 2 Mechanics + 1 Electrician · 8 work hours per employee/day.

Work Week

Select the days that count as available maintenance days. Saturday is excluded by default but can be enabled here.

6 Days
Sunday–Friday · Saturday excluded.

Maintenance Data

Use Task Management to edit your current maintenance setup. Import Data replaces the current maintenance dataset and rebuilds Riffhelm from the new data.

Master Data

There is one active maintenance dataset per workspace. Importing a new file does not merge with or add to what is already here — it replaces it. For day-to-day changes, use Task Management instead.

PM Planning Baseline

Admin-only system action. Use this when you intentionally want to rebuild the PM due-date baseline and clear the active work plan.

Admin Only
Initialization applies only to physical PM tasks: it rebuilds PM due dates and clears the active work plan. AM tasks, execution history, team capacity, work-week settings, equipment, and task master data remain unchanged.
🔴 Status: Not Initialized
Use only for a deliberate new baseline. Normal staffing, work-week, machine, and task changes belong in Settings and do not require re-initialization.

User Management

Admin Only
This screen manages access to RIFFHELM. Removing access disables the maintenance user and does not delete their work history.
